Shipping Policy

All orders placed online will be shipped. There will be no in-person pickups. Items sold, except for preorder items, will normally be packaged and processed within 1-3 business days. 22 Frolics will notify the buyer if there are any extended preparation delay beyond 3 business days.  Preordered items will be shipped 1-3 days after their release date. The buyer will be notified if there are any extended preparation delays beyond 3 days for preordered items. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.  22 Frolics is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or items damaged while in transit.  22 Frolics is not responsible for stolen packages. We recommend you ship to a secure location as. If security is a concern, customers may contact us to coordinate additional shipping insurance (any additional shipping charge payable by the buyer) prior to the checkout process.  The customer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address for the package and may be subject to returned shipping fees for any packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address provided to us.  

22 Frolics ships all orders with a shipping rate specified during checkout.  However, this shipping rate may be waived for any promotional campaigns that are current when the order is placed.  Additionally, single orders placed totaling $100.00 or more will receive free shipping.  To expedite delivery, on hand items at 22 Frolics store may ship separately from our items within the warehouse.  When products are fulfilled separately, there is no additional shipping charge to the customer and a separate shipping tracking number will be provided upon product fulfillment.  U.S. domestic orders will ship with USPS Priority, USPS First Class, or UPS Ground depending on weight. Most orders will arrive within 3-7 business days of product order placement, but weekends and holidays do not qualify as business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled (postage purchased) which can be used to track order delivery.

Any item(s) being returned will be shipped at the buyer's expense.
